A Timber/Aluminium Composite range of windows is now available from Crittall Windows

The Crittall Composite is a unique design, integrating both timber and aluminium; offering a strong, yet attractive window that meets high performance specifications, and can fit into a wide array of markets - hotels, healthcare, commercial and residential.

The timber and aluminium are completely integrated into a monolithic profile by design - no veneers, no adhesive - to produce a high performance window.

A high accoustic performance is obtained through the mass of the timber element, in addition to the the 28 mm double-glazed units, and weatherstripping.

Wood is one of nature's best insulators, hence the window is an aid to reducing energy cost within the building.

Composite units are essentially maintenance-free, requiring only normal cleaning of the external face, to ensure cost-effectiveness in service.

Crittall not only offers a high performance window, but one that allows the window to contribute to the design internally. A choice of timbers and finishes is available, allowing the beauty of the grain to be demonstrated fully. In addition to a limitless choice of colours for the aluminium face.
