The redevelopment of the Royal Exchange House in Glasgow city centre started back in 2014. Property investment company Esson purchased the building in the hopes of turning it into office and retail space.

The impressive building offers above all, open plan office accommodation spread over 6 floors. The building sits opposite the famous Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art – offering quite the view.

As a result of the new plans, Crittall were commissioned by construction company ISG, and CDA Architects to install new windows into the building as part of the renovations. The project featured Crittalls signature W20 windows throughout the building, which can be seen from each side of the luxurious Royal Exchange Square.
