As part of our growth plan, and to meet demand for our iconic products, we are seeking to appoint an Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Estimating Team, based at our head office in Witham. We offer 25 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays), sick pay, pension and profit related bonus scheme.

Purpose
To carry out administrative tasks required in support of the sales department and CPS network.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the homeowner sales phone line and updating CRM lead database
  • Answering the sales inbox (webform) and updating CRM lead database
  • Ensure CSP receive pre-qualified and vetted leads.
  • Assist CSP network with sample request as required
  • Answering the commercial sales enquiry phone line, take messages and route calls as required
  • Following up on potential leads
  • Holiday cover for receptionist
  • Other ADHOC administrative duties
