The redevelopment of the Royal Exchange House in Glasgow city centre started back in 2014. Property investment company Esson purchased the building in the hopes of turning it into prime office and retail space, due to its central location.

The impressive building offers open plan office accommodation over 6 floors, and required a lot of work to become hat Esson had hoped for. The building sits opposite the famous Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, so also offers quite the view.

Crittall were commissioned by construction company ISG, and architects CDA to install new windows to the building as part of the renovations. The project featured Crittalls signature W20 windows throughout the building, which can be seen from each side of the luxurious Royal Exchange Square.
