Located near Stoke-on-Trent, this brand new development features all of the state-of-the-art technology you would expect in such a high-end build.

Throughout the home, Wirral-based Crittall Window Specialist John Knight Glass supplied, and installed, a complete glazing solution including windows, doors, internal screens and pitched glass roof taking advantage of the stunning view at the rear of the house.

To the property’s rear is a stunning garden, which leads to a lake and as such has been a focal point of the entire build. The architect has designed the house so that the householder can see the lake from almost every room. To achieve this 3 internal Crittall InnerVision® steel screens were installed into the home’s main hall, offering views of the garden and lake from the moment you open the front door.

The home has been designed for modern living and has large open plan living areas that have been further opened-up with the use of the Crittall screens.

Thanks to the trademark thin glazing bars of the steel Crittall doors there really is very little obstruction of light and views when looking through the screens. This gives an enhanced feeling of space throughout the home.

The windows and doors have all been supplied from John Knight Glass’s aluminium range and have been custom-made with the thinnest glazing bars possible and finished in black to tie-in perfectly with the Crittall screens. A unique feature is a striking L-shaped Crittall interior screen.

Internally, this home has been completed to an extremely high specification. Fine hand-crafted furniture, stunning hardwood flooring, beautiful fixtures and fitting work together seamlessly and combined with the Crittall screens make this a home that will be as relevant in 10 years’ time – and beyond – as it is today.
