Crittall have completed their latest e-Control project with KLAES, which has successfully combined significant aspects of technical information for W20 steel profiles, CAD, ironmongery, glass and general articles.

This has enabled complete integration of automated machine-control systems (dynamic on-line processings for fittings, drillings, millings, end connections etc) working with partners Unilink and Mecal – all part of the existing Klaes Professional Software solution running for several years at Crittall’s UK manufacturing plant.

Klaes Professional delivers a fully optimised work flow for Crittall through sales, CAD and technical order processing, procurement – onto automated CNC controlled production and delivery.

Russell Ager, Crittall Managing Director adds ‘KLAES software has revolutionised how we process orders from initial quote through to fabrication.  The whole process has become more efficient, less person dependent and more streamlined, reducing costs and leadtimes.
