The Gramophone Works, previously Saga House, is a new development situated in London, bordered by Queens Park and Notting Hill. The project is a refurbishment and extension to the original 20th-century buildings. The developers wanted to add a modern touch to the building, without losing the historical architecture.

The building features Crittall windows externally, and internal screens and room dividers throughout to create an open plan, yet private workspace. The pace is being developed into office space, offering a reception area and a cafe. Also heavily focused on sustainability, Crittalls brilliant energy efficiency ratings were more than suitable for the development’s plans.
