Darren started with Crittall in 1988 as an estimator and progressed through the company as London & SE Regional chief estimator and then Technical Sales Representative.
A short spell away from the company afforded Darren the opportunity to develop skills in surveying and draughting significant UK steel window projects; however, his love of the Crittall brand led Darren quickly back to the company.
In 2012 Darren joined the Management Board and moved into a new role of Head of International Trade and then Head of Export and Distribution to assist in the growing worldwide distribution market and to streamline the network ordering process.
Darren’s experience was therefore identified as key to lead a long-term campaign of Product Development and his path changed in 2016 to become the Head of Technical Sales.. Darren officially joined the Board of Directors at Crittall in 2019 where he undertakes his current role of Technical Director.
Away from work, Darren is a father of two, and a grandfather of two boys who keep him very busy; however, his love of boating and motorcycles does allow some precious quiet time.
