Russell followed his father into the business and has been with Crittall for over 30 years. He began his career as an Industrial Chemist undertaking material testing and developing metal finishing processes before moving into Project Management.
Involvement in sales & marketing, product development & commercial negotiation, alongside 14 years at Board level, has given him a wide-ranging knowledge of the window industry.

Outside work, Russell is a keen motorcyclist, owning a classic 1967 Triumph Bonneville as well as modern bikes. He also attends motorsport events in the UK and abroad and enjoys foreign travel and cinema.
