Steve joined Crittall Windows as a technical trainee straight from school in 1989. Gaining experience in all departments of the company Steve became a detail draughtsman preparing shop drawings and cutting list as his first permanent role.
After only a few years he was promoted to Detail drawing office manager overseeing the day to running of the department and liasing directly with the production director. From here he moved into manging the export division and reseller network using his experience in the manufacturing process to assist partners specify and order products correctly travelling to the United States to take part in national exhibitions showcasing Crittall Window products and services.
When an opportunity arose to step out of the office environment and join the National Sales team as Regional manager the challenge was irresistible and was a role in which he excelled assisting clients with project specific needs, specifying the right product to meet performance and budget constraints. Now as National sales manager Steve manages the sales force and estimating team along with overseeing the UK and Export reseller market.
